Terms and Conditions

Payment Authorization:

When you provide your credit card for payment, it will be pre-authorized for the estimated charges of your trip. This reserves a portion of your available credit for the trip amount to be charged after completion. Note that if you use a debit card, your issuing bank will treat the pre-authorization as a pending charge and withhold that amount from your account until the charge is completed. The total estimated trip amount plus 10% will be pre-authorized 24 hours before your trip. After the trip is completed, our billing department will audit for any additional charges or time, charging the trip to the card on file unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in advance. A valid credit card pre-authorization is required before dispatching any vehicle. For security against credit card fraud, we require the cardholder's name, billing address, and zip code to match the credit card company's information.
Wedding clients will be billed for the total event billing 2 weeks before the event date to the card on file at that time.

Deposits for New Clients:

If you are a first-time client of MGM Chauffeurs, you may be required to pay a deposit for your trip. Most multiple-vehicle movements and multi-day over-the-road minibus and coach charters require a 50% deposit upon reservation, with the remaining 50% due 14 days before the charter. All prom and special events must be secured by a non-refundable deposit, with 50% due at booking and the balance due 14 days before the pickup.

Cancellation Policy:

MGM Chauffeurs’ cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation or changes within 0 to 24 hours before pick-up: A late cancel fee billed at the full trip price applies.
  • For sedans and SUVs, late cancellation is billed at the full trip price.
  • For international trips in sedans and SUVs, late cancellation is billed at the full trip price.
  • A £100 Fee applies to Activity Bus cancellations due to weather.

No Show Fee:

If you fail to show up at the designated pick-up location, you will be charged a "No show" fee for the entire amount of the trip. To avoid this fee, you must notify us by phone at +44 208 126 9696 if you cannot locate your chauffeur

Friday Night Limousine Transfers:

Limousine transfers are not available after 3:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Airport Parking:

Parking and toll fees will be billed at a flat rate depending on the airport.

Additional Charges for International Arrivals at Atlanta Airport:

There are no additional charges for international arrivals at the Atlanta airport.

Wedding Transfers Pricing:

Wedding transfers in a sedan or SUV within our operating area will be charged based on the pick-up location base rate plus Tax, and Fuel charge.

Concert Wait Time:

A 6-hour time gap is required between the same client transfers in any of our vehicles.

All-Day Bus/Sprinter Rental:

We charge a discounted day rate for the vehicle, and each hour past the 10-hour day rate will be charged at the total vehicle hourly charter rate.

Smoking and Drinks:

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. You are free to bring your beverages, but we cannot purchase them on your behalf. Complimentary chilled bottled water or sodas are provided in our sedans, SUVs, vans, and limousines.

Damage and Clean-Up:

Any damages will be billed at the cost of repairs to the credit card on file. Excessive clean-up, including spills of staining fluids or any bodily fluids, will incur additional charges for labour and materials of contaminated surfaces, a minimum of £300.

Vehicle Cameras:

Vehicles may be equipped with visual and audio accident recorders for safety and protection purposes.

Airport Wait Time:

Airport transfers are subject to specific conditions, including waiting time. Domestic flights allow for up to 30 minutes after flight arrival time without additional charge, after which an airport transfer reverts to charter rates.

Vehicle Variety:

Please note that the make and model of the vehicle booked are subject to availability, and the exact vehicle may vary from what is shown on our fleet page.

Chauffeur Interaction Fee:

A fee may apply if you request a chauffeur to meet you inside the airport.

Group Arrival Greeter Staff:

For group arrivals, greeter staff is available for a fee of £70 per hour per greeter with a 3-hour minimum. When booking two or more Motor Coaches, a greeter is required.

Cancellation by MGM Chauffeurs:

We reserve the right to terminate a trip for unruly, threatening, or unsafe conditions, including inclement weather, at any time.

Force Majeure:

MGM Chauffeurs is not responsible for damages caused by delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances substantially beyond its control.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Use and other posted policies and terms on the Website constitute the entire agreement between MGM Chauffeurs and you.
